The process itself can break
Required fields, form logic, plugins or website changes can cause a form to stop completing correctly.
Torveno monitors the actual inquiry journey of your website forms. Automated checks verify whether the form works and whether the expected email path is intact. If a disruption is detected, Torveno notifies you – and also confirms when service has been restored.
That is why availability monitoring alone is not enough when website forms are business-critical.
Required fields, form logic, plugins or website changes can cause a form to stop completing correctly.
Everything can look successful to the visitor even though the expected inquiry email does not arrive where it should.
The more forms and websites you operate, the less practical regular manual testing becomes.
Torveno combines frequent functional form checks with regular real-world verification of email delivery.
The real form is opened, completed with predefined test values and run in Torveno's dedicated test mode. No normal inquiry email is triggered during this check.
During the full test, Torveno creates a clearly marked test inquiry through the real form and email path. Genuine customer inquiries are not forwarded to Torveno.
Torveno does not replace technical support. It helps ensure that a problem in the monitored inquiry journey does not simply go unnoticed.
The affected form or email process is identified as faulty and continues to be monitored.
The customer receives a clear notification. Internal technical diagnostics remain in the Torveno admin area.
As soon as the inquiry journey passes its checks again, Torveno reports the recovery.
The integration is provided in a way that keeps your website fully under your control.
Torveno receives neither your hosting password nor administrator access to WordPress, Joomla or any other CMS. The integration package is installed by you, your web agency or your internal IT team.
Normal contact, quote, application or other customer inquiries remain in your website's normal delivery path. Torveno does not receive a copy of the content of genuine customer inquiries. Only during a full test initiated by Torveno is a clearly marked technical test copy used to verify the email path.
Torveno does not independently modify or repair your website. Technical remediation remains the responsibility of your designated technical team.
Torveno is not limited to a single industry. What matters is how important the inquiry journey is to your business.
For agencies that not only build important forms for managed websites but also want to keep their functionality under continuous observation.
For internal IT teams that do not want to test business-critical forms manually on a regular basis.
For B2B companies, service providers and other businesses where contact, quote, application or project forms play an important role.
The common denominator: The more valuable an incoming inquiry is, the more important it is to know whether the path leading to it actually works.
Torveno currently supports the following technically validated integration paths. Additional form systems will be added gradually.
You tell us which plan, website and forms you would like to start with. Torveno checks the technical requirements in the background. You then receive a personal order summary for online review.
Choose the plan that fits your current or planned needs. Business and Agency can also be started with fewer than the maximum number of forms included.
Send us your preferred plan, website and the forms you want to start with. Torveno checks internally whether the technical requirements are met. This does not create an additional review step for you.
If the technical start is possible, you will receive a personal link to your order summary by email. It lists the plan, forms included at launch, setup fee and monthly fee in full.
You can review the order summary online, print it or save it as a PDF, then accept or decline the order. The order only becomes binding once you confirm it. You will then receive an order confirmation by email with a PDF attachment.
After the order is confirmed, your Torveno customer account is created and you receive access to the customer portal.
The one-time setup fee is paid in the customer portal. Technical onboarding then begins.
Torveno provides the appropriate integration path. You, your web agency or your internal IT team install the provided package and then confirm the installation in the customer portal.
Torveno checks the connection, form profile, silent form test and full test. Once the forms agreed for launch have been fully set up, the 30-day introductory phase begins. Forms added later only go through their own technical onboarding. An introductory phase that is already running or completed is not restarted or extended.
Customers receive a clear overview of monitored forms and the related contract information.

Multiple websites and forms remain centrally organised.
Invoices, plan status, plan changes and cancellation are available centrally.
As a rule, choose the smallest plan that covers the number of forms you currently use or expect to use in the foreseeable future. If you already plan to add more forms, you can deliberately choose a larger plan.
Send us the key details about your company, website and the forms you would like to monitor. Torveno will then check the technical requirements.
Choose the appropriate plan and send us your website and the forms you want to start with. Torveno checks the technical requirements in the background and, if a technical start is possible, sends you a personal order summary for online review. The order only becomes binding when you confirm this summary.
